The Consulting Analyst / Business Analyst supports the engagement through structured analysis, stakeholder synthesis, documentation, scoring support and deliverable production.

This role ensures that interview insights, client materials, data inputs and working hypotheses are captured, organised and translated into clear outputs.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable working across strategy, data, technology and operating model topics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support stakeholder interviews, workshops, note capture and synthesis.
  • Analyse client materials including the Research and Development roadmap, big rocks, Value Chain Operations strategy, Product Lifecycle Management inputs and data landscape documentation.
  • Support big-rock scoring, maturity assessment, dependency mapping and value-thesis development.
  • Maintain working logs, risk and issue trackers, interview trackers and deliverable inputs.
  • Draft slide content, tables, frameworks and executive-ready materials.
  • Support the Engagement Lead in maintaining quality and continuity across the final strategy pack.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in consulting, business analysis, strategy, product, data or transformation roles.
  • Strong analytical skills, structured thinking and Power Point / Excel proficiency.
  • Ability to synthesise complex information into concise insights.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation, data strategy or artificial intelligence-enabled business change preferred.
