We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team focused on ensuring the quality, functionality, and security of Google Cloud Identity. You will play a crucial role in designing and executing test plans, identifying and reporting issues, and collaborating with developers to deliver a robust and secure IAM solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans covering various functionalities of Google Cloud Identity services.
- Conduct manual and automated testing across different platforms and configurations to ensure seamless user experience and functionality.
- Identify and report bugs, defects, and security vulnerabilities effectively, providing clear steps to reproduce the issue.
- Collaborate closely with developers to understand code changes, prioritize bugs, and verify fixes through regression testing.
- Participate in code reviews to identify potential issues from a quality assurance perspective.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies and tools relevant to cloud security and IAM solutions.
- Contribute to the automation of test processes to improve efficiency and test coverage.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in software testing, preferably with a focus on cloud-based applications.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (e.g., black-box testing, white-box testing).
- Experience with API testing and automation tools (e.g., Postman, Selenium).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
