The Opportunity:
At HealthTrust Europe (HTE), we have an exciting opportunity for two Account Managers to join our thriving organisation. The Account Manager is responsible for growing contract revenue across both new and existing customers. In alignment with the Sales Director, the Account Manager will serve as the account owner for a defined list or territory of customers. The role holder will be responsible for growing revenue across their customers by selling additional categories and driving implementation and compliance.

DUTIES (included, but not limited to):
- Account Management: Manages allocated accounts/territory by developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders. Conducts update meetings with allocated existing customers. Oversees the new customer onboarding process and works with colleagues to ensure a smooth transition onto HealthTrust Europe contracts. Proactively conducts outreach calls to existing and new customers. Conducts regular business reviews with key customers with an emphasis on sales and promotion of new categories. Maintains all account management activity in Salesforce. Oversees the production of relevant customer documentation.
- New Business Development: Assesses customer spend and identifies opportunities for growth in new categories.
- Pipeline Management: Proactively manages and acts upon a pipeline organised and updated through Salesforce. Identifies categories of interest to prospective and existing customers. Liaises with Sourcing to ensure customers receive an optimum experience from HealthTrust Europe.
- Strategic Planning & Implementation: Assists in the development of a sales plan to identify key opportunities and necessary steps to drive business forward. Proactively implements the plan across their assigned customers/territory accounts.
- Reporting: Oversees the preparation of necessary data and reports for internal/customers use. Reviews and analyses for accuracy and outcomes needed to move forward. Provides strategies around achieving desired results.

- Demonstrates strong analytical skills with the ability to create or interpret potentially complex financial models.
- Aligns internal and external resources to achieve objectives.
- Understands and interprets complex instructions, proposals, and contracting language.
- Listens and separates ancillary information from the primary content being communicated, asks appropriate questions to clarify and confirm understanding.
- Demonstrates excellent oral, written communication skills and presentation skills.
- Solid knowledge of all MS Office Products, proficient in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Salesforce.
