At HealthTrust Europe (HTE), we are seeking an Accounts Analyst (Purchase Ledger) to join our Finance team, where you can make a difference within your role, take pride in your work and be part of a team that is taking the company into a new and exciting era.
As an Accounts Analyst (Purchase Ledger) you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the Finance department. You will be primarily responsible for managing staff expenses, maintaining the creditors internal ledgers as prescribed by the internal procedures supporting month end reporting and fixed asset tracking.

DUTIES (included, But Not Limited To)
Staff Expenses
- Management of Staff expenses via Concur and company credit cards
Purchase Ledger
- Receives and logs purchase ledger (PL) invoices
- Ensures invoices are accurately entered on the HTE PL spreadsheet and systems
- Obtain the necessary authorisation in line with Company’s authorisation limits
- Monitors payments made according to Internal procedures
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure VAT is correctly applied and recorded on invoices
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations
Fixed Asset Register
- Maintain the fixed asset register spreadsheet and folder
- Calculate and reconcile the depreciation charge and compare to the calculations posted in Meditech
- Ensures CER forms are appropriately authorised as per internal procedure
Month-End Reporting
- Assist with the preparation of month-end schedules and reports
- Post accruals and prepayments related to purchase ledger activities
- Support the Finance Team with reconciliations and variance analysis
