We are seeking a talented and driven Account Manager to join our growing team. This exciting new role is key to supporting our sales and marketing functions while delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with our valued customers in the UK, Europe, and the US. The Role:
This Account Manager is a newly created role designed to bridge the gap between our customers and internal teams. As an Account Manager, you will ensure seamless communication, high customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth. You will play a critical role in supporting our sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities for the Account Manager:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships across all markets.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Managing customer service communications and responding to email inquiries.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service.
- Understanding client goals and ensuring our solutions align with their needs.
- Identifying and acting on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
