Your responsibilities as Instrumentation Sales Engineer

  • Develop sales opportunities for specialist high speed imaging and instrumentation solutions
  • Work closely with customers to understand technical challenges and recommend suitable applications
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships across automotive, aerospace and academic markets
  • Collaborate with technical colleagues and international partners to deliver successful customer outcomes
  • Manage customer activity through CRM systems and maintain accurate sales records
  • Represent the business at customer meetings, demonstrations, exhibitions and industry events, including occasional overseas travel

What we're looking for in an Instrumentation Sales Engineer

  • Degree level qualification, or equivalent, in an engineering or science related discipline
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles relating to instrumentation and metrology
  • Experience using Microsoft Office 365 and CRM systems
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Knowledge of imaging techniques within testing environments or high speed imaging applications would be advantageous
