Location: Hertfordshire Zoo, EN10 7QA (please note, the site is not accessible by public transport)

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Photographers to deliver great customer service
  • Ensure photo sales and guest interactions meet Photo Experience and Hertfordshire Zoo standards
  • Oversee cash handling, daily reports, and stock management
  • Liaise with the attraction’s management and Photo Experience head office
  • Support with sales, staffing, and operational problem-solving on the ground
  • Maintain a fun and safe working environment for the team

About you:

  • A confident and positive leader who leads by example.
  • Experienced in retail, visitor attractions, or hospitality (supervisory or management level).
  • Calm under pressure and able to handle busy periods smoothly.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Flexible, reliable, and happy to work evenings and weekends during the Christmas season.
  • Photography experience: 1 year+ (preferred)
  • Customer service experience: 1 year+ (preferred)
  • Leadership experience: 1 year+ (preferred)
