We have an exciting new position for a HVAC Heating Engineer to join our strong & growing team. This position offers a varied and rewarding career for the right person. This is a mobile role covering a number of sites across Croydon and surrounding areas; some nights and early starts will be required.
The successful candidate will be expected to visit sites as directed by the central helpdesk to carry out a variation of works to the properties, as well as assisting other technicians on more detailed fit-out or complex works. Must be able to work well in a team as well as independently and have excellent communication skills. You must be a self-starter and proactive in your approach to work, always offering the best possible service to the client and presenting the company in the highest possible light.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- G3 certificate in unvented hot water systems
- WRAS water regulations certificate of competence
- Part P Electrical NVQ or equivalent qualification
- Valid CPAI certificate of competence
- Current ACS accreditation CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT1, MET1, CODC1 & TPCPIA
- FGAS Qualification
You will also be expected to be part of a call-out rota attending sites for emergency reactive works.
