We have a new position available for an Administrator based at our office in Kidderminster. This is a permanent position; experience in a similar role would be an advantage. This is a very busy, fast-paced role. If you are looking for a challenge, then this could be for you.
DUTIES
- Raising Purchase orders
- Raising tickets for PPM's
- Chasing Paperwork
- Updating our in-house Dropbox system with correct paperwork
- Updating the tracker with dates
- Keep a track of up and coming services due
- Run a weekly call with the Compliance Managers
- Book in outstanding jobs with the Engineers
