About the role: We currently have an exciting opportunity for a site-based Cleaning Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to deliver exceptional results on behalf of the business. The shift pattern for this position is: Monday to Friday 07.30am to 16.00pm. This is a static position; therefore, the successful candidate must be able to commute to UB3 4DG.
Our Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Providing day-to-day supervision of on-site operations, ensuring work is carried out in line with agreed schedules, procedures, and standards.
- Acting as the primary on-site point of contact for employees and our clients.
- Monitoring attendance, performance, and conduct of on-site staff, addressing issues promptly and escalating where appropriate.
- Actively carrying out cleaning duties as required to support site operations and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Supporting the induction and training of new staff, including demonstrating correct cleaning methods, equipment use, and site procedures.
