We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our expanding team on a full-time permanent contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about their trade and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
A Grade 1 Electrician would be expected to be capable of completing all reactive works, enrolling on the ‘Call Out Rota’, and being responsible for signing off own and Grade 2 Electricians works. Please note, these may be highlighted as key responsibilities, but isn’t an exhaustive list. This is a mobile position; therefore, the successful candidate will be expected to work across a magnitude of our client’s sites across a variety of industries, there will be travel and some overnight stays.
Essential qualifications:
- 18th Edition. ESSENTIAL
- Test and Inspecting (2391). ESSENTIAL
- NVQ Level 3 Technical Technology (2357) or Equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in this/similar role.
- Full UK Driving License.
Desired but not essential:
- EV Installation.
- PAT Testing.
- AM2.

It is essential that all applicants possess the appropriate documentation to demonstrate eligibility to work within the United Kingdom; Phosters do not currently offer visa sponsorship. Applicants must be aware that all roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks either before or upon commencement of employment. In order to drive a Phosters vehicle, it is compulsory that you are over the age of 21 with a minimum of 6 months driving experience, and currently hold a full UK driving license with no more than 9 points.
