Commercial Gas Engineer in Slough

The Commercial Gas Engineer role at Phosters (FM) Ltd is based in Slough and surrounding areas, covering a number of sites across Kent. The position requires a mobile engineer who can provide outstanding pre‑planned preventive and reactive solutions to a wide range of commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and repair of forced draught burners, natural draught flued appliances and room‑sealed appliances.
• Providing pre‑planned preventative maintenance and reactive solutions for commercial clients.
• Operating as part of a call‑out rota for emergency reactive works.

Qualifications

• CCN1 COCN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, & TPCP1
• Commercial Gas qualification – Essential
• FGAS – Desired but not essential
• Domestic Gas qualifications are desirable but not essential.
• Previous experience in a commercial environment would be an advantage.

Desirable Skills

• Basic plumbing knowledge
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Air conditioning experience
• Unvented systems – desirable (but not essential)
• Health & Safety awareness
