We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Soft Services Area Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to deliver exceptional results on behalf of the business.
The working pattern for this position is 40 hours per week, over 7 days to suit the needs of the business. A company car and fuel card will be provided as part of the employment package.
- Provide day-to-day supervision of on-site operations, ensuring work is carried out in line with agreed schedules, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor attendance, performance, and conduct of on-site staff, addressing issues promptly and escalating where appropriate.
- Actively carry out cleaning duties as required to support site operations and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Support the induction and training of new staff, including demonstrating correct cleaning methods, equipment use, and site procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies, including reporting hazards, incidents, and near misses.
- Support management by identifying operational issues, staffing requirements, or risks and reporting these in a timely manner.
