- Stakeholder Coaching: Guide and coach senior leadership through job scoping, candidate calibration, leveling, and total reward navigation - balancing financial ROI with top-tier talent acquisition.
- Data-Driven Talent Insights: Combine market mapping, competitive intelligence, and recruitment performance metrics to provide leaders with actionable, evidence-based insights that predict talent bottlenecks and guide strategic decisions.
- Pipeline Building: Proactively source, map, and nurture high-calibre, diverse talent communities to build sustainable pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate has an exceptional experience, from first contact to offer stage.
- Onboarding Partnership: Collaborate with the wider People team to ensure seamless transitions from candidate to new hire, using feedback to continuously refine the end-to-end experience.

- Expertise in direct sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and recruitment marketing.
- Comfortable working across multiple regions and time zones, with flexibility to partner closely with teams in North America (East Coast). We are a high-trust, remote friendly business with flexibility in our hours.

- A data-driven approach, using TA performance metrics, market data, and competitive intelligence to influence executive decisions.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experiences and building inclusive, diverse teams.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, scaling, mission-driven company where your impact is visible and appreciated.
