The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive – Partnerships to join our growing Global Partnerships team at Phorest. In this role, you’ll work with some of the beauty and wellness industry's leading brands, helping deliver exciting partnership campaigns that connect our partners with thousands of salon businesses across our global customer community. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll combine relationship building, commercial thinking, project management and marketing execution, working cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing and regional teams to deliver campaigns that create real value for our customers, partners and business. What you’ll be doing

  • Managing partnership marketing campaigns from planning through to delivery.
  • Building strong relationships with industry‑leading brand partners and becoming their trusted day‑to‑day contact.
  • Working with salons to maximise campaign participation and engagement.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Marketing and regional teams to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Supporting the growth of existing partnerships while identifying new commercial opportunities.
  • Tracking campaign performance and using insights to continually improve results.

What we’re looking for

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy building relationships, are highly organised and have a commercial mindset. We’re particularly interested in people with:

  • 2+ years’ experience in sales, account management, partnerships, business development or another customer‑facing commercial role.
  • Experience working towards targets, commercial objectives or KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • An interest in marketing campaigns, partnerships or customer engagement.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and a willingness to learn.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS or technology.
  • Exposure to partnership, channel or co‑marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in the beauty, wellness or salon industry.
  • A qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
