The Opportunity
At Phorest Salon Software, Sales Managers are more than team leads, they are commercial operators and regional strategists. As Sales Manager, you’ll own the success of a regional sales function, shaping strategy, driving predictable revenue growth, and building a high-performing, empowered team. You’ll act as the bridge between global strategy and local execution, translating market insights, customer needs, and commercial data into clear plans that deliver results. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and someone who can coach talent, remove blockers, and continuously raise the bar on performance while keeping a sharp eye on the numbers. If you’re excited by scaling teams, building systems, and delivering sustainable ARR growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment, this is your chance to have real ownership and impact.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing regional sales team, creating a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Set a clear strategy and direction, empowering your team to deliver against ambitious revenue targets.
- Own quarterly and annual ARR goals, driving consistent, predictable performance. Use data and pipeline insights to identify trends, optimise conversion rates, and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Spot opportunities and risks early, adjusting plans to stay ahead of the market.
- Remove commercial and operational blockers so your team can focus on selling.
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Global Sales to align priorities and unlock growth.
- Represent your region’s voice with senior leadership, influencing strategy and decision-making.
- Continuously refine sales processes and ways of working to increase efficiency, deal velocity, and impact.
- Act as a trusted industry expert for the salon, spa, and aesthetics space, bringing customer insight back into the business.
Who You Are
- 5+ years’ experience in Sales, including direct people management.
- A proven leader who inspires, motivates, and develops high-performing teams.
- Commercially sharp with a strong understanding of revenue mechanics and SaaS metrics.
- Highly data-driven and comfortable interpreting complex data and turning insights into action.
- Strategic thinker who can also roll up your sleeves and execute.
- Strong communicator, confident presenting strategy and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experienced with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, or KAIA (advantageous).
- Passionate about helping salons, spas, and aesthetic businesses grow through technology.
- Comfortable operating with autonomy, ownership, and accountability.
