About Phorest: At Phorest, we create software that empowers salons and medi-spas to grow and thrive. We combine innovative technology with a deep understanding of the beauty industry to deliver solutions that make running a salon simpler, more efficient, and more profitable.
The Role: We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join our Product team and ensure what we build lands effectively in the UK & Ireland market. Working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales and regional teams, you’ll own how product value is translated into clear, compelling regional messaging and go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and commercial impact. You’ll be responsible for product positioning and messaging across UKI, translating global product capabilities into customer narratives that resonate locally and ensuring consistency across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success. Operating within global frameworks, you’ll partner closely with the Global Product Marketing team to adapt positioning for the region, lead launch readiness and ensure UKI teams are equipped with the insights, messaging and enablement they need to succeed. This is a great opportunity to deepen your product marketing expertise while playing a key role in driving regional growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Customer & market intelligence: Act as the voice of the UKI customer. Constantly engage with users to understand their language, nuances, and pain points, pairing these insights with competitive trends to develop a balanced point of view.
- Narrative & positioning: Own the UKI product positioning. You’ll translate global capabilities into clear, high-impact narratives and messaging strategies that resonate locally.
- Commercial partnership: Work hand-in-hand with Sales and Customer Success. You’ll digest their feedback and provide solutions (talk tracks, battlecards, and pitch narratives) that help the region hit revenue and adoption targets.
- GTM execution: Manage sometimes complex and interdependent releases. You’ll keep workstreams on track, ensuring all internal teams are equipped with the materials they need ahead of launch.
- Experimental communication: Adopt a ‘trial and refine’ mindset. If traditional channels like email aren’t landing, you’ll proactively explore and test new ways to ensure our message reaches and engages the customer.
What You Bring:
- 2–4 years’ experience in product marketing or a related SaaS role, with a strong understanding of positioning, messaging and go-to-market planning.
- Inquisitive, articulate and a natural storyteller, confident translating complex product capabilities into clear, compelling customer value.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to connect messaging and launches to real business outcomes and regional growth.
- Customer-obsessed, regularly engaging with customers and bringing their language and insights into product positioning.
- Comfortable using data (e.g. Looker or similar) to interpret performance and inform decisions.
- Strong understanding of product use cases and the competitive landscape.
- Experience working cross-functionally to support launches and GTM execution across Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.
- Proactive and organised, able to manage multiple initiatives while staying focused on the highest-impact work.
