The Opportunity
We are looking for a driven SDR to join our Outbound Sales Team. This person will drive outbound targeted activities to generate new sales opportunities within the UKI region. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves collaborating with others, and is passionate about making a difference for the hair, beauty and clinic industry.
What You’ll Do
- Engage salon owners through targeted prospecting calls, highlighting the impact our Phorest has to offer, and arrange meetings with our Strategic Account Director.
- Proactively manage engaging, multi-channel communication campaigns (calls, emails, SMS, and social media) aimed at driving interest and generating quality leads.
- Craft personalised, targeted email marketing and social media campaigns tailored specifically to showcase the unique benefits and value of Phorest.
- Collaborate closely with global teams to identify opportunities for growth and continually refine and enhance the sales process.
- Actively follow up on all generated leads, creating meaningful opportunities that drive business growth across the UKI region.
- Consistently log activities and outcomes in Salesforce and associated tools, enabling more personalised ongoing outreach.
- Work closely with your counterparts in other regions to learn best practices and share learnings.
- Clearly communicate and collaborate with internal teams to identify and overcome market challenges, ensuring seamless and effective execution of strategies.
- Regularly provide clear, insightful updates and reports on progress, insights, and outcomes to senior leadership, contributing to informed strategic decision-making.
Who You Are
- 2+ years of sales experience, with a track record of top performance.
- Competitive and enthusiastic personality, who will push themselves to smash their individual/team target.
- Exceptional communications skills - effective listening skills which are essential to the role.
- Excellent attention to detail is important in this role for effective documentation of activities in Salesforce tools.
- A genuine interest in the hair and beauty industry.
