Midweight Graphic & Motion Designer

We’re looking for a Midweight Graphic & Motion Designer who lives and breathes dance music culture — from late-night club flyers to high-impact digital campaigns. This role is for a designer with solid foundations who’s hungry to push visuals into motion, experiment with AI tools, and create work that actually moves people.
The Role
You’ll be designing across static, motion, and short‑form video, helping bring brands, artists, and campaigns to life across digital and social platforms. You’ll collaborate with a tight-knit creative team and contribute ideas, not just execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing bold graphic and motion assets for digital, social, and brand campaigns
- Creating layouts, visual systems, and motion graphics that feel current, energetic, and on‑brand
- Producing short‑form motion content using animation principles and visual storytelling
- Keeping project files clean, organised, and delivery‑ready
- Exploring and applying AI‑powered creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, HeyGen, etc.)
- Juggling multiple briefs while hitting deadlines without compromising quality
What You Bring
- 2–3 years’ experience in graphic design, motion design, or content creation
- A strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout
- Confidence across both static and motion‑led design
- Curiosity, taste, and a desire to keep learning
- A genuine love for dance music and club culture
Tools You’re Comfortable With
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- InDesign
- After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
You Have Working Knowledge Of
- Premiere Pro
Your Portfolio Must Show
- A brand, product, or service launch (static or motion)
- A motion‑led or explainer‑style asset
- A paid social or digital campaign execution
- (Bonus) Any AI‑assisted creative work or experimental workflows
