We're looking for a Midweight Graphic & Motion Designer who lives and breathes dance music culture — from late-night club flyers to high-impact digital campaigns. This role is for a designer with solid foundations who's hungry to push visuals into motion, experiment with AI tools, and create work that actually moves people.

The Role

  • You'll be designing across static, motion, and short‐form video, helping bring brands, artists, and campaigns to life across digital and social platforms.
  • You'll collaborate with a tight-knit creative team and contribute ideas, not just execution.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing bold graphic and motion assets for digital, social, and brand campaigns.
  • Creating layouts, visual systems, and motion graphics that feel current, energetic, and on‐brand.
  • Producing short‐form motion content using animation principles and visual storytelling.
  • Keeping project files clean, organised, and delivery‐ready.
  • Exploring and applying AI‐powered creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, HeyGen, etc.).
  • Juggling multiple briefs while hitting deadlines without compromising quality.

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years' experience in graphic design, motion design, or content creation.
  • A strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout.
  • Confidence across both static and motion‐led design.
  • Curiosity, taste, and a desire to keep learning.
  • A genuine love for dance music and club culture.

Tools You're Comfortable With

  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • InDesign
  • After Effects
  • DaVinci Resolve

You Have Working Knowledge Of

  • Premiere Pro

Your Portfolio Must Show

  • A brand, product, or service launch (static or motion).
  • A motion‐led or explainer‐style asset.
  • A paid social or digital campaign execution.
  • (Bonus) Any AI‐assisted creative work or experimental workflows.

No portfolio or showreel = no consideration.

Who You Are

  • Strong creative fundamentals, with room to grow.
  • Excited to push further into motion and video.
  • Detail‐oriented, communicative, and proactive.
  • Comfortable taking direction — and confident bringing ideas.

How to Apply

  • Your CV
  • A personalised cover letter
  • A link to your portfolio and showreel (essential)

Applications without work examples will not be reviewed.
