We are looking for a dedicated promoter marketing strategist with a massive passion for dance/electronic music to join our team and oversee the planning and execution of various club events around London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Marketing, Promoting, Sponsorship, fundraising, time management, communication, guest services, and hospitality.

This role is equal parts promoter marketing strategist and digital growth hacker. You’ll lead the full marketing lifecycle for our club promotion across all venues—from lineup announces to on-sale campaigns, creative rollouts, and promoter week activations. Simultaneously, you’ll scale our fanclub subscriber base through thoughtful content strategies, paid media, and email flows that build long‑term loyalty.

We’re looking for a creative, data‑informed marketer who understands the rhythms of the music industry, is fluent in internet culture, and can deliver standout campaigns that connect emotionally while driving real results. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our club events to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Develop and lead full‑funnel campaigns for each of our flagship events—from lineup announce through on‑sale and the event dates.
  • Define go‑to‑market strategies tailored to each market, audience segment, and cultural moment.
  • Own the promoter marketing calendar and coordinate across teams for timely launches and creative rollouts.
  • Collaborate with content, social, design, and PR to craft cohesive multi‑platform storytelling.
  • Oversee media buying and audience targeting to drive awareness, interest, and ticket conversion.
  • Expand our fanclub and newsletter database through paid acquisition, organic growth strategies, contests, and partnerships.
  • Create subscriber journeys that boost engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Partner with editorial to time newsletter drops with cultural moments.
  • Analyse open rates, click‑throughs, and growth metrics to continually optimise.
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels.
  • A/B test creative, copy, and formats to maximise conversion and efficiency.
  • Track key metrics (CPM, CTR, ROAS) and report regularly on performance insights and next steps.
  • Fluency in Google analytics.
  • Design and deploy automated email + SMS journeys for new subscribers, ticket buyers, and key lifecycle moments.
  • Build audience segments for targeted messaging around festival cities, artist genres, and fan behaviour.
  • Sync CRM efforts with ticketing, event, and fanclub teams to ensure aligned communication.
  • Helping in designing and managing the marketing of PHONO club events, including distributing flyers and posters online and offline.
  • Handling social media by scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
  • Organising event logistics, including props for themed nights and timings.
  • Contacting customers before and after events.
  • Managing and improving relationships with artists, customers and venue hirers.
  • Plan, organise, and execute our club events from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event logistics.
  • Manage event budgets, including fundraising efforts and cost control measures.
  • Oversee guest services to ensure a positive experience for attendees.
  • Utilise upselling techniques to maximise revenue opportunities during events including email marketing and WhatsApp marketing.
  • Collaborate with brand partners for event arrangements.
  • Maintain high standards of organisational skills to keep track of multiple event details.

Previous experience in Club Promotion and Event Management is required. Strong time‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure. Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders effectively. Knowledge of fundraising strategies and techniques. Experience in guest services and hospitality industry is a plus. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–4 years experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing—ideally within music, live events, or a creative/culture‑forward brand.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams (creative, editorial, content, ops) and external partners (agencies, tech platforms) to drive performance.
  • Proven success leading campaigns that drive acquisition and conversion (ticketing, DTC, subscriptions, or similar).
  • Deep understanding of the fan journey—from discovery and anticipation through loyalty and repeat attendance.
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Attentive/Hive, and CRM tools.
  • Strong creative instincts paired with a data‑obsessed mindset.
  • Passion for music, festivals, community, and emerging digital culture.
