In this role, you will be responsible for taking up subfloor and vinyl in a bathroom and then relaying subfloor and vinyl, ensuring high-quality finishes and compliance with safety standards. Your attention to detail and craftsmanship will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetics and functionality of the spaces you work on. • Proven experience as a Floor Layer, specifically with vinyl flooring.
• Strong knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with safety guidelines and best practices in the construction industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid work authorization in the UK.
