- Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Diagnosing faults
- Executing reactive repairs
- Servicing Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control systems
A key aspect of your role will involve delivering a professional, customer‑focused service at every visit, completing digital reports, and participating in out‑of‑hours call‑out rotas to ensure the highest standards of safety and security are maintained.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience servicing and maintaining Fire & Security systems
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills across multiple manufacturers’ equipment
- Experience servicing systems from manufacturers such as Advanced, Kentec, Morley, Texecom, Pyronix, Galaxy, Hikvision, Dahua, Paxton, ACT, or similar
