Phoenix Futures is recruiting a Family Support Worker for HMP Pentonville to assist service users and families on their recovery journey, inside the prison and in the community.
You will advocate, signpost, and refer to partner agencies to support holistic recovery.
The role involves coordinating with the Through the Gate team to deliver psychosocial interventions and accompany leavers to community services after release.
Occasional late shifts/weekends are required.
