Full-time | Permanent £37,000 – £40,000 + progression potential

Doves Care Agency is an established domiciliary care provider delivering around 600 hours of care per week across Hemel Hempstead and the surrounding areas. As the service continues to grow, we are looking for a Registered Manager to help lead the next stage of our journey.

This role would suit an experienced Registered Manager, or a Deputy Manager or Care Coordinator ready to step into their first Registered Manager position. If you are passionate about quality care, strong leadership and building a supportive team culture, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a domiciliary care management or supervisory role (Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or Care Coordinator)
  • Good understanding of CQC standards and care regulations
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
  • Eligibility to become CQC Registered Manager
  • Experience using digital care planning or rostering systems
  • Ability to lead, motivate and support a care team
  • Understanding of rota management, staffing and service delivery
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

£37,000 – £40,000 salary depending on experience. Salary review following successful probation. Hybrid working option after probation (up to one day per week from home). The opportunity to develop and grow with the organisation.
