Doves Care Agency is an established domiciliary care provider delivering around 600 hours of care per week across Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas. We’re looking for a Registered Manager who wants to take ownership, strengthen what’s working and confidently move the service forward.

- Maintaining CQC registration and inspection readiness
- Leading and developing a committed care team
- Managing rotas, staffing and service delivery
- Overseeing safeguarding and complaints with confidence
- Driving quality, compliance and continuous improvement
This role suits someone who understands that leadership in care is about ownership, consistency and setting the standard for others to follow.
- Has at least 3 years’ experience managing a domiciliary care service
- Holds (or is working towards) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care
- Is eligible for CQC registration as a Registered Manager
- Has strong knowledge of CQC standards and governance
- Is confident with digital care and rostering systems
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle
£37,000 – £40,000 depending on experience. Salary review following successful probation. Hybrid working option after probation (up to one day per week from home). The opportunity to grow with the business.
