Location: This role is hybrid, with office attendance to be flexible based on business needs and personal preference.

The role
We are recruiting a Senior Proposition Manager for our Retail Direct Product Team. This team, under the Standard Life brand, designs innovative products and propositions for direct customers. We are a small, creative team focused on delivering positive outcomes by combining industry experience, customer insight, and innovation.
The successful candidate will lead the development of new products from concept through proof of concept to launch.
