We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a Senior Commercial Manager in our P&S Commercial team.
Job Type: Permanent
Location: This role could be based in either our Wythall, Telford, London or Edinburgh offices with time spent working in the office and at home.
Flexible working: All of our roles are open to part-time, job-share and other types of flexibility. We will discuss what is important to you and balancing this with business requirements during the recruitment process.

Salary and benefits: £55,000 - £65,000 plus 16% bonus up to 32%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more.

The role: As a Senior Commercial Manager you will join an established Commercial team that directly supports the growth ambitions of our P&S business. You’ll get lots of exposure to the main trading channels, but will spend most of your time supporting the ambitious Investments-related agenda. This means you will bring essential commercial focus and expertise to strategically important investments programmes and will collaborate daily with colleagues in Investment Solutions, Asset Management and the Product areas. Some technical knowledge will be essential, but equally so will be your drive, determination, and resilience.
Senior Commercial Manager roles have typically been carried out by accounting or actuarial professionals, but we will consider any individual with necessary skills and experience from a commercial, investments, finance or product pricing background.
