Location and flexible working: Edinburgh, Telford or Wythall (Birmingham). All our roles are open to part-time, job-share and other types of flexibility. We will discuss what is important to you and balancing this with business requirements during the recruitment process.

The role: As a Change Risk Business Partner, you’ll provide support and challenge to Pensions & Savings Change Hub and portfolio, delivering change activity in line with the Change Management Framework. Embedding Change Risk Strategy across Pensions & Savings and supporting trading channels and enabling functions in BAU change, ensuring risks are effectively managed whilst promoting informed decision making and controlled risk-taking that improves customer outcomes and delivers long term value for shareholders.
What are we looking for?
- Line 1 Risk Management oversight experience with a background of implementing and embedding risk frameworks and providing oversight and support to Change initiatives across the business.
- Experience of change delivery from a project or oversight capacity, with a strong understanding of the project management lifecycle and both waterfall and agile ways of working.
- Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to build close working relationships to gain credibility and an appropriate level of influence in relevant/aligned business areas.
- Used to producing meaningful analyses of data that can be used to support reporting to forums and the Board.
- Ability to utilise outputs from oversight review activity and anticipate change in risk profile to make sound recommendations on existing process/procedure.
