Job Description Job Type: Permanent Location: This role will be hybrid, with time spent working in the Edinburgh office and at home. The role Retail Intermediary Distribution Support is seeking a Relationship Support Consultant to support the development of our Intermediated trading channels. The role involves working within a regional distribution hub alongside Business Development Managers and Telephone Account Managers, providing technical and operational support to Financial Advisers across our Retail and Private Client intermediary channels. Key responsibilities include: Supporting distribution colleagues in achieving Net Fund Flow targets for Standard Life and Phoenix Group products. Identifying and prioritising lead generation and commercial opportunities using metrics like CRM and trading data. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advocate for our products within the intermediary advice market. Providing technical and operational support on Standard Life products and propositions to key individuals across the intermediary advice spectrum. What are we looking for? Knowledge of intermediated financial advice and intermediary distribution. Experience using data and insights to drive distribution activity. Experience working with CRM platforms.
