The Role Managing delivery of regulatory customer and business communications to support our Investment Solutions change programme. Translating technical subject matter into clear, engaging messages that set and maintain customer expectations regarding our investment propositions. Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery within specifications. Staying informed about regulatory communication requirements and best practices, influencing stakeholders to adopt group frameworks. Candidate Requirements Proven experience in investment communications within a Life and Pension or Investment company, especially for change projects. Experience supporting communication creation for various audiences, including end customers, advisers, employers, and internal teams. Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with experience in complex, multi-channel communications. Ability to manage conflicting priorities and allocate resources effectively.
