Job Description
Job Type : 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: This role is hybrid, with 2-3 days working in the office at either Edinburgh, London or Wythall location, and the remainder of the week working from home.

We\’re currently recruiting for a Marketing Communications Manager – Investments to join the Regulatory & Mandatory (R&M) Communications Team within the Group Brand & Marketing function here at Phoenix Group.

The Role
- Managing delivery of regulatory customer and business communications to support our strategic Investment Solutions change programme.
- Articulating technical subject matter into clear, concise and engaging messages that set and maintain good customer expectations on the investment proposition.
- Building and leveraging relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery to agreed specifications within deadlines.
- Keeping up to date with regulatory communications requirements and best practice and influencing key stakeholders across the group to adopt and follow group frameworks and best practice.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience implementing investment communications for change projects within a Life and Pension or Investment company
- Experience of supporting communication creation for one or more different audiences (end customer, advisers, employers, as well as internal distribution channels and relevant propositions departments)
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills with proven experience of complex multi audience, multi-channel communications delivery.
- Experience in management of conflicting business priorities and scheduling of resources to achieve optimal outcomes.
