The role
You will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for businesses which help organizations design automation strategies, execute personalized customer journeys, and leverage data-driven insights to improve engagement and ROI. Will you be supporting our iconic Standard Life brand and is at the forefront of delivering on our ambitious plans.
You will be the Marketing Cloud platform owner, setting out platform architecture, governance, roadmap, config, and admin along with developing and delivering the roadmap for continually unlocking features and increasing integrations with new touchpoints. You will be designing and delivering solutions using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio and Journey Builder and provide advice on how to optimise further and flow of data from various sources into the CDP.
Along with leading requirements gathering, solution design and configuration of the Marketing Cloud platform and documenting all configurations, customizations, and campaign processes including setting up objects, fields, workflows, and automation along with implementing and maintaining security protocols to protect sensitive customer data and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.) and knowledge of AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and SQL for email personalization and automation
- Experience with API integrations and data extensions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud along with knowledge of the Salesforce tool set including Data Cloud and CRM
- Understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and multi-channel campaigns
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Datorama, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs including email marketing, PPC, and other marketing conversion metrics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of an organization
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
