We have an incredible opportunity to join us here in at Phoenix Group as a Financial Coachin the Workplace Pensions team at Standard Life.
Job Type: Permanent
Location: This is a hybrid role from either Wythall/London. Work can be completed from home with some requirement for company paid travel to our client sites.

The role
You would be joining the presentation team at Standard Life who are responsible for the delivery of high-quality pension presentations to workplace members. Our team strives to deliver and develop market leading financial education presentations to enhance member engagement. Presentations help improve workplace members understanding of pensions and signpost action(s) members can take to improve their financial wellbeing now and in the future. Presentations are delivered online and through face-to-face client site presentations.
You will work with a range of internal stakeholders and clients when arranging the financial education sessions. You will help innovate our presentations in the drive to empower members to achieve better outcomes.
The role requires regular UK travel (around one or two days a week) to deliver on site presentations to members. Travel expenses are met by the company, including any upfront costs associated with travel such as rail/accommodation.
You would stay in touch with your colleagues via regular online catch ups and through wider team meetings which are held in person at our office in Edinburgh (again with travel costs paid for by the company) however meetings can be joined online.
