The Role
The Business Service Manager oversees the delivery and management of IT applications and services supporting business operations, acting as a bridge between IT and business units to ensure alignment and value delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with business stakeholders, manage escalations, participate in audits, and communicate outages and service variances.
- IT Service Alignment and Delivery: Ensure IT services meet business objectives, monitor performance, and manage SLAs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor on IT capabilities and solutions.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify and resolve risks and escalated issues in IT Service Operations.
What We Are Looking For
