The Role Our Client Acquisition team is key to our Standard Life Workplace business, with the Bid Management team supporting our success. We assist our New Business and Client Relationship teams in securing new clients and retaining existing ones. The team produces top-tier bid, pitch, and sales collateral, conducts research surveys, and supports our EBC and Corporate Adviser relationships. As a senior member, you will lead the Bid Management team, inspiring and developing members to enhance efficiency and quality. We operate in a fast-paced environment, thriving under pressure. Our goal is continuous improvement in our ways of working while remaining safe, steadfast, and dependable. What We Are Looking For Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, building a strong network. Leadership and development of the team, demonstrating role model behaviors. Project leadership to improve bid management and risk reduction. Thorough understanding of our propositions, strategy, and plans. Senior-level experience in Sales, Bid Management, or Marketing.
