Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join. This full-time permanent hybrid role presents a variety of complex tax issues, including international tax, R&D, and our clients’ tax strategies and ensuring compliance with regulatory.

  • Prepare detailed tax computations and returns for both individual companies and groups using Alphatax software.
  • Calculate and advise on quarterly tax payments due throughout the year.
  • Stay updated on tax technical developments and communicate their implications to clients effectively.
  • Assist with the audit process for clients, liaising with third-party auditors as necessary regarding tax disclosures for statutory accounts.
  • Ensure timely billing of services provided.

Qualifications:

  • ACA/ACCA, ATT or CTA qualified with a strong attention to detail.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Understanding of international tax issues such as CFCs, transfer pricing, and withholding tax is desirable.
  • Experience with R&D, group relief, and share scheme deductions is a plus.
