You will work with a diverse client base—including public bodies, utilities, and major private sector organisations—on complex, high-profile matters that often have national policy significance.The role will involve advising on a wide range of legal issues, including procurement challenges under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, interpreting and applying the new Procurement Act 2023, and advising on the UK’s subsidy control regime.
