We're looking for a Front of House Facilitator to come join us, based at our Wakefield Depot. In this role you will provide a first-class front‑of‑house service, supporting visitors, colleagues and the wider PHOENIX UK Group with reception duties, meeting room coordination, post room activity and general administration.

The Heart of the Role

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a professional front‑of‑house service.
  • Manage reception duties including greeting visitors, maintaining the area, and monitoring building entry/exit.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post, and arrange transport as required.
  • Coordinate meeting room setups, ensuring equipment, AV, refreshments and materials are in place.
  • Support employees with use of meeting room equipment and provide general administrative assistance.
  • Assist Compliance and Data Protection teams by monitoring and responding to the compliance email inbox.
  • Competent user of all MS Office applications.
  • Strong numeracy, literacy, and communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Friendly, helpful, and confident when interacting with others.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Able to work independently while knowing when to seek advice.
  • Positive attitude toward learning and change.
