Phoenix Therapy Practice CIC is seeking a calm, resourceful psychotherapist with extensive mental health experience to join as Clinical Director in a co-leadership role with the Operations Director.
You will take clinical responsibility for the organisation’s therapeutic practice, supervise practitioners, liaise with referrals, funders and external services, and contribute to strategic development.
The role is 15 hours per week, from home with on-site meetings, starting Autumn 2026.
