Role
A 360 Recruitment Consultant is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including business development, client management, candidate sourcing, and placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Client Management: Understand client needs and requirements by conducting thorough briefings.
- Candidate Sourcing: Advertise job vacancies through various channels (job boards, social media, company website) and proactively source candidates via databases and networks.
