Are you an experienced Operations Director with a proven track record in FMCG transport and logistics? We’re partnering with a well-established and growing logistics business to appoint an exceptional operational leader who can drive performance, profitability and customer excellence across a complex transport operation.
This is a key senior leadership appointment with responsibility for leading operational strategy, developing high-performing teams and delivering outstanding service to major FMCG customers.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Senior leadership experience within FMCG transport, logistics or supply chain operations.
- A proven ability to improve operational performance, efficiency and profitability.
- Strong transport compliance knowledge, including Operator Licence and fleet management.
- Experience leading large operational teams across a fast-paced distribution environment.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to build and maintain key customer relationships.
- A collaborative, hands-on leadership style with a passion for continuous improvement.
