The Role

You’ll provide strategic leadership across transport operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, legal compliance and commercial performance while driving continuous improvement and developing a strong leadership culture.

Working closely with the Executive Team, you’ll influence business strategy, lead operational change and ensure the transport operation is positioned for future growth.

About You

You’ll bring

  • Proven senior leadership experience within transport or logistics.
  • Experience managing large, multi-site transport operations.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L responsibility.
  • National CPC qualification.
  • Extensive knowledge of transport legislation and compliance.
  • A track record of delivering operational improvements and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
