Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CEO to improve strategic oversight and time management, focusing attention on the most critical priorities.
- Understand and align with the company’s strategic goals across its varied business sectors.
- Monitor and evaluate performance across business units, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform decision-making and identify emerging opportunities.
- Act as a sounding board for new initiatives and provide input based on research, industry trends, and internal performance data.
- Develop and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and strategic summaries.
- Liaise with COOs and senior leaders to track project progress and ensure milestone alignment.
- Represent the CEO in communications and meetings where appropriate, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
