Due to continued growth, we are hiring a new Senior HR Advisor who will provide high-quality, commercially focused HR support across the organisation.
What will you be doing?
- Act as the lead advisor on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair, timely, and legally compliant outcomes.
- Provide expert, commercially focused HR advice to managers across the full employee lifecycle.
- Lead the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, ensuring alignment with legislation and best practice.
- Coach, challenge, and upskill managers through guidance, training sessions, and ER support.
- Represent HR in investigations, hearings, and formal meetings, producing clear, high‑quality documentation.
- Support and contribute to wider HR initiatives, including engagement, change, restructures, and organisational development.
- Partner with the wider People team to deliver consistent, high‑quality HR operations and a positive workplace culture.
What are we looking for?
The right person for this role will be an experienced HR generalist with a fantastic track record in handling employee relations cases. We will be looking for somebody who has experience working in a similar office-based sector and within a similar-sized organisation (250-500 people) in a role that has a broad level of responsibility.
