Due to continued growth, we are hiring a new part‑time Receptionist to work in a multi‑faceted role encompassing reception and administration.
What will you be doing?
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, packages, and courier services.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue security passes as required.
- Process new employees on their first day.
- Assist with general administrative tasks for a variety of business functions.
