Overview Of The Role

Phoenix enables digital transformation in the workplace, empowering UK organisations to innovate and transform with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, data, AI, security, and collaboration tools.

We are now very excited to grow that team further by hiring a new part-time Receptionist to work in a multi-faceted role encompassing reception and administration.

What will you be doing?

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post, packages, and courier services.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue security passes as required.
  • Process new employees on their first day.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks for a variety of business functions.

Where is the role based?

This role is based at our HQ in Pocklington (YO42).

What are the hours?

This is a part-time role, approximately 2 days per week (preferably Monday & Friday). Additional hours may be required to cover holidays and sickness.

What is the pay?

Salary is Β£10,140 pro-rata (Β£13 per hour).
