The Cleaners role is to support the Cleaning supervisor to maintain a clean work environment for others, and to enable the rest of the company to continue without disturbance in their day-to-day activities.

What will you be doing?

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all office, kitchen, washroom, and communal areas.
  • Clean, tidy, and replenish washroom facilities, ensuring consumables are always well stocked.
  • Ensure kitchens and break areas are clean, organised, and fully maintained, including dishwashing and fridge hygiene.
  • Carry out routine cleaning of reception areas, meeting rooms, corridors, stairwells, offices, and other shared spaces.
  • Empty waste and recycling bins and ensure waste is disposed of correctly.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and communal areas to a professional standard for employees and visitors.
  • Maintain The Zone facilities, including kitchen and shower areas, ensuring they remain clean, safe, and welcoming.
  • Remove litter, used crockery, and other clutter from workspaces and communal areas.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and report any maintenance or health and safety concerns.
  • Assist with opening and securing the building, including locking doors, setting alarms, and carrying out end-of-day checks.
  • Support the wider facilities team in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional working environment.
