Phoenix enables digital transformation across the UK public sector, empowering organisations to innovate with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, data, AI, security and collaboration technologies. We are now hiring a Solutions Specialist – Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM & AI who will support the continued growth of our Cloud Solutions team. This role will focus on driving engagement and revenue by supporting our sales teams across Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM and AI solutions.

Please note this is not a developer/technical role. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, supporting sales teams, and helping customers understand the value of Microsoft business applications and AI‑driven transformation.

What will you be doing?

  • Present and articulate the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM and AI solutions to customers and internal teams.
  • Identify and support the qualification of opportunities across Dynamics 365, CRM, Azure AI and related Phoenix offerings.
  • Support the delivery of product awareness and enablement training for the wider sales team.
  • Contribute to the full sales cycle, working alongside bids, technical consultants and account managers.
  • Help prepare and update sales proposals, quotes and presentations.
  • Attend customer meetings to support scoping, qualification and progression of opportunities.
  • Support the sales team to drive Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM and AI revenue.
  • Act as the link between technical and functional teams, both internally and with our partner organisations, to support effective solution design.
  • Deliver whiteboarding sessions, workshops and product demonstrations to showcase solution value.
  • Support customer adoption, governance and best practice across Dynamics 365 and AI solutions post‑sale.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in a Microsoft‑focused sales, pre‑sales or solutions role.
  • Awareness of Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM and AI capabilities, with the ability to articulate their value to customers.
  • Understanding of the wider Microsoft ecosystem, including M365, Azure and Microsoft AI solutions.
  • Ability to support and deliver demonstrations, workshops and customer presentations.
  • Confident communication skills, both virtual and in‑person.
  • Good relationship‑building skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales teams, partners and Microsoft stakeholders.
  • Experience working with vendors or supporting go‑to‑market activities desirable.
  • Ability to understand customer challenges and contribute to solution discussions.
  • Organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset, with a willingness to learn and support team success.
