We are now hiring a Solutions Specialist – Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM & AI who will support the continued growth of our Cloud Solutions team. This role will focus on driving engagement and revenue by supporting our sales teams across Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM and AI solutions. Please note this is not a developer/technical role.
You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, supporting sales teams, and helping customers understand the value of Microsoft business applications and AI‑driven transformation.
What will you be doing?
- Present and articulate the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM and AI solutions to customers and internal teams.
- Identify and support the qualification of opportunities across Dynamics 365, CRM, Azure AI and related Phoenix offerings.
- Support the delivery of product awareness and enablement training for the wider sales team.
- Contribute to the full sales cycle, working alongside bids, technical consultants.
